Culture

Do you live, breathe, eat, drink and sleep soccer? We do because we believe in soccer as a game that we can use as a tool for entertainment; personal growth and development, health and fitness, problem solving techniques and social development.

We believe that the training environment is paramount in developing a strong, positive soccer culture; which is vital to the experience and learning potential of every player. We promote an environment that emphasizes confidence, creativity, courage and critical thinking through hard work, perseverance and team work.

Our curricula concentrates on the 6 pillars (Technical, Tactical, Physical, Pyshological (behavioral), Social and, Emotional). Training must be age appropriate and long-term player development must be at the forefront or our teaching. Our curricula places importance on technical proficiency, especially at a young age.

We believe that the game should be the teacher and plan every training sessions to be game related. We believe that the best way to develop our players is by putting them in game realistic situations and giving them the license to solve the problems that occur during the session.

education

When we say education we mean for all involved: Players, Parents and Coaches.

Education is not just about showing people how to do something. It is about is about providing them with knowledge that they can then apply in whatever situation they find themselves. We aim to provide knowledge through peer reviewed sources that players, parents and coaches can use for their own development and the development of those they oversee.
